I'm here to help you get to the root of healing your body and mind so you can live a vibrant, happy life without unnecessary worries or debilitating symptoms. 

After a childhood marked by multiple chronic symptoms, in my 20's, I embarked on a journey of self-discovery and healing, which led to living in an ashram for 14 years and deeply studying the natural healing practices of Yoga and Ayurveda.

Today I am certified as a Yoga Teacher, Ayurvedic Practitioner, Sound Healer and  Emotional Epigentics Practitioner.

I have been a professor of Yoga at American University since 2010,  and taught countless courses in Yoga, Ayurveda and Spiritual Self-development. My specialty is making the ancient esoteric sciences accessible for people living a modern lifestyle while preserving the holistic spiritual nature of the teachings.

We tend to hold stress, tension and more in the largest joints of our body - shoulders and hips. These are also the joints that support most of our movement and therefore developing stuck and stiff energy in these areas can lead to chronic discomfort, misalignment, and pain.

In this three-day workshop, we will relieve pain and tension, release stuck emotions, and develop strategies for sustaining habits of comfort, ease and alignment in the joints.
