Simply Breathing

We breathe about 25,000 times a day, yet barely think about it. Yet, how we breathe affects us at a cellular level; it can calm the mind, soothe the body and have profound effects on athletic performance, asthma, sleep and heart-health.

We cannot be truly healthy unless we breathe correctly. Breath is the carrier of our life force.

Drawing from the ancient Indian science of regulating our breath, we will learn and practice various breathing exercises, (Pranayama in Sanskrit).

With regular practice, students breath exercises can help to quickly and profoundly transform your health on the physical, mental and spiritual levels.
