
In this online evening routine (it will be livestream with a recording available for 48 hours in case you cannot attend the livestream), Gayatri will lead a session of yoga poses, breathing exercises and meditation designed to help our minds and bodies release stress, anxiety and the cares of the day, while welcoming in intentions for deeply healing rest and renewal.
The quality and discipline of our routine determines the quality of our lives. Practicing with a group holds us accountable and helps us stick to our resolve.
This evening routine plants seeds in our lives for a healthy routine nourished by deep healing rest.
Sadhana is Sanskrit word that can be translated as a daily practice to achieve physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. It means making everything in our lives meaningful and contributing to our spiritual growth and well-being.
The series is currently donation-based with a suggested donation range of $20-$60 for the 4-day series.
For active one-to-one clients and Ayurveda course participants, this series is included in your package.
