
Applied Ayurveda Blueprint Overview
Ayur means life and veda means knowledge. So Ayurveda is the knowledge or science of life.
It is an ancient holistic healing system offering deeply-developed theories and scientifically proven practices for embodiment of our highest selves on the physical, mental and spiritual levels.
Through my many years (since 2003) of working with Ayurveda and Yoga, I’ve found that –although understanding of the teachings may come fairly easily and intuitively– the number one barrier clients face is integrating and embodying those teachings in their daily lives.
This intensive transformational experience carries us safely over that barrier by providing the support, accountability, and alignment necessary to fully embody and live Ayurveda and Yoga teaching and to allow them to permeate and infuse our lives with their richness and magic.
This virtual offering includes weekly coaching calls and an online community for support and accountability.
At the heart of the offering is the embodiment and healing practices that help us integrate Ayurveda at the deepest levels of consciousness.
These practices include yoga therapy, creative expression, yoga nidra, breathwork (pranayama), self-massage, mantra, 5 elements and 5 senses healing, attuning our body clock to the cosmic cycles, emotional sublimation techniques, meditation, eating for your type, recipes and cooking demonstrations.
Accompanying the practices are teachings on Ayurvedic theory to explain the background, history, and benefits of Ayurveda and how to situate it within our life and routine.
Also included are lifetime access to course materials (including any future updates).
